An introduction!

I'm Sterling, new here (duh, as are we all). Some of you may know me from elsewhere (I suspect I've crossed paths with most of you via Plurk) and this is everyone's favorite Avenger Clint Barton! Yaaaay!
He's from a couple days post-Avengers, still mildly concussed and getting over a hellacious case of brainwashing and wanting to get back to his roots, so to speak.
Buuuut the thing with my version is that he's an AU by way of the Dark Angel TV series (albeit with a slightly futzed timeline and no Pulse) Which is to say he's only mostly human. He's also got snow leopard DNA (for cold durability, speed, agility and reflexes) but he's also got 'some kind of lizard' for regenerative abilities, nothing like, say, Wolverine's healing factor, but definitely more quick on the healing than a regular human.
What does this mean for you? Probably nothin'. Just wanted to get it out there. He's still got much the same history, joined a circus (not this circus, but a circus) in his early teens after getting away from Project Manticore, traveled with them for a while, then worked as a hired gun for a shorter while before SHIELD snapped him up. And there you are!

Date: 2014-03-28 02:16 am (UTC)Hee! Well, he doesn't purr, but he has an interesting reaction to catnip (if it's fresh) and he has the Snow Leopard stress-behavior of chewing on himself (or the hems of his sleeves)
Well, and there's the speed/reflexes/etc that they've all got.
